Cybersecurity leader with an extensive background in information technology, bringing many years of experience across diverse sectors including corporate enterprises, retail operations, higher education institutions, and government agencies. Over the course of my career, I have applied and refined a wide range of security principles and practices to protect critical systems and sensitive data. My expertise spans SIEM and SOAR engineering, where I have designed and optimized detection and response workflows; cloud security, with hands-on work in AWS and Azure environments; and advanced threat hunting and incident response to proactively identify, investigate, and contain malicious activity. I am also well-versed in digital forensic analysis, enabling deep investigation of complex security events, as well as identity and access management strategies that strengthen enterprise-wide authentication and authorization controls. In addition, I have practical experience in firewall configuration and administration, implementation of physical security safeguards, and comprehensive platform hardening to reduce organizational attack surfaces. This combination of technical depth, leadership experience, and exposure to varied industries positions me to effectively drive cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and operations at scale.
